Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation of app development projects with K.K. Lagercoder Pvt. Ltd. All cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or letter) to lagercoder.site.

2. Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. The following terms apply based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

• Before development commences: Full refund of any advance payment, less a 10% administrative fee
• After development commences (before first milestone): Advance payment is non-refundable
• After first milestone is completed: All payments made to date are non-refundable; work completed to date will be delivered to the client
• After 50% or more of the project is complete: All payments made are non-refundable; a cancellation fee of 20% of the remaining project value may apply

3. Cancellation by K.K. Lagercoder Pvt. Ltd.

We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following circumstances:

• The client fails to make payment as per the agreed schedule
• The client is unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days
• The client requests work that violates applicable laws or our policies

In such cases, we will provide written notice and deliver all completed work to the client. Any payments made for work not yet completed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. Delivery of Work on Cancellation

Upon cancellation, we will deliver all completed work and source code to the client within 14 business days, subject to receipt of all outstanding payments.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a project, send a written cancellation request to lagercoder.site with your project name, reason for cancellation, and preferred date of cancellation. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
