Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all app development projects undertaken by K.K. Lagercoder Pvt. Ltd. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms set out below and the signed Project Agreement.

2. Advance Payment

The advance payment (typically 30–50% of the total project value) is non-refundable once development work has commenced. This covers initial planning, design, and development costs already incurred.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made against completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a milestone is disputed, the matter will be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in the Project Agreement.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to commence work within the agreed start date and the client wishes to cancel
• We fail to deliver agreed milestones within the agreed timeline without a valid reason
• A mutual agreement to terminate the project is reached before significant work has been completed

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The client changes project requirements significantly after work has commenced
• The client is unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, causing project delays
• The project is cancelled by the client after a milestone has been completed and approved
• Dissatisfaction with the final product where the deliverables meet the agreed specifications

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at lagercoder.site with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
